I ordered contact lenses for next day delivery as was going on holiday 3 days later these we not delivered next day nor were they attempted to be delivered the day after I am not impressed with this at all and had no lenses for holiday

I changed my delivery address in my…

I changed my delivery address in my account, placed an order and they were dispatched to my old address. The companies answer was for me to go and get them myself. My old property is empty and the owners live abroad. I was left with having to pay for some lenses that I have not received. Contactlenses.co.uk advised they will only refund when the lenses are returned. This may not happen for months. Delay in my next day delivery-Order ID 3636348

Next day delivery failed again. DPD, they said they let a call card in my house, there was no card, they said they came to my house, they didn’t until 2 days later. Despite the fact I updated again the delivery to the next day, and to any neighbour they didn’t deliver my parcel. My Iara el shouldn’t have been delivered April 26th and after several calls to DPD, I had to drive 74 miles to pick up my contact lenses at DPD in Crawley, that happened the 02nd of May. Once I arrived there, they made me wait for 40 minutes because they couldn’t find my parcel. Very frustrating when you pay for a device and you have to drive 74 miles to pick it up your self

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM IF YOU LIVE…

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM IF YOU LIVE OUTSIDE THE UK! They will not take responsibility for the full delivery chain. They will close the order when the local courier accepts the parcel, not when it actually is successfully delivered. My order got stuck in customs and Contactlenses.co.uk told me to go sort it out with them myself. I ended up losing the full value of the order without any lenses delivered. Another order got stuck in logistics in the UK for 3 weeks before it even left the country. For those steep international shipping costs I expect you to take care of the full delivery chain. Sort it out or stop offering international shipping!

Unfortunately DPD made this a bad experience.

Unfortunately DPD made this experience a bad one. However, you chose to change to them from Royal Mail and you even tried to blame me for failing to accept the delivery on two occasions before finally admitting that the driver had twice gone to the incorrect address. The order actually took seven days in total to arrive by Royal Mail and I had paid for next day delivery. I will think twice in future before ordering anymore.

Bad Service

Paid for the express delivery. When my order hadn't arrived after 5 days I asked where it was and could the delivery be rearranged. Try reply I got was the company had tried to deliver but it was 'rejected'. I was also I formed a card had been left. It clearly had been delivered to the incorrect address as we didn't reject it and there was no card left. That's fine, you're not to blame for the delivery company's mistakes, however the customer service I received after was just to sort it myself. It's also noty fault and was hoping someone at your end might have sorted the delivery. Needless to say nothing has been sorted, no assistant given. Feel disappointed.

Dreadful..much slower than it used to be plus very expensive postage, used to be free. Greedy. Can't put my two different prescriptions on order on clunky app so always have to pay twice.

I am not happy with contact lenses.co.uk. I am new to London, and I urgently needed lenses. They charged me 60£ instead of 32 which is the market rate for daily disposables with astigmatism. We do say that refunds can take up to 7 days to be received, however, this is all dependent on your bank. They are usually received much quicker. Poor service with even stranger delivery methods.

Reordered lenses on the mobile website. Filled in my address and paid. Beware that contactslenses.co.uk will still send your order to the old address! And when you complain they tell advise you to contact the new residents. I lost my order now. Somehow contactlenses remembers you old order addres and just send it to your old address. Poor service with even stranger delivery methods.

Wasn’t very happy as I purchased the…

Wasn’t very happy as I purchased the lenses for an occasion . One of the lense had a cloudy backing on which also stung when I put it in my eye . Called up and was told they had to receive the lens before sending a new one out which would of took too long for me to receive for the occasion . So I said don’t bother and purchased from else where. Also I have only ever brought lenses from your site before but won’t be doing so again .

Awful experience

This is not the first time I have…

This is not the first time I have ordered these colour lenses and they have split after a very short period. They are not cheap and once again they have split. The first time I purchased them I thought maybe it was the case I stored them in but no the same thing has happened only after 3 days wear. They look great but I won't be buying these again.

I paid for next working delivery and I…

I paid for next working delivery and I received my purchase 3 days later. So therefore paying standard delivery and next working day delivery makes no difference.

The order was sent with our next working day service and DPD tried to deliver on Monday and on Tuesday, however, were unable to as no one was home. They did leave a calling card with options and details both times and we also emailed you with further details yesterday. This service is terrible

This service is terrible. I've now had 2 orders of contact lenses not turn up - unhelpful, uninformed service on the phone has not helped matters.

Terrible delivery timing

Ordered 8th March. 14th March still not received items? Checked account on 14th to find status confirming my order was changed on the 14/3. It wasn’t changed at all. Emailed customer services. Received email on 14/3 @ 18.46 to confirm despatch of my order. Terrible delivery timing

I made two duplicate orders to my home…

I made two duplicate orders to my home and asked to cancel the order within 15 minutes of making it, but they still sent the contact lenses. The contacts I recieved had very old manufacturing dates 2014/15. I feel like the site is ecommerce focused primarily and offers cheap lenses with a sacrifice on service and quality.

Worst contact lense I have ever…

Worst contact lense I have ever bought,and I wear contacts regularly. I have tried them more than 5 times and can’t wear them for longer than 10mins, they just don’t sit in the eye correctly, waste for money and 3 pound is quite expensive for postage, that said they did come quite quickly. Really disappointed as I was reccommended this site, won’t be purchasing any products again.

Quite did disappointed as I assumed …

Quite did disappointed as I assumed their would be pair of lens delivered and not just one for each eye. However reading the website description it did state you would one receive one len. Was also disappointed with the delivery as it do not come in the Colour blend box, they would loose in the delivery box. Would not be shopping online again, will advise to go to your local opticians

Wasnt happy at all
