Great price

Can you recommend any solutions that can be used to help prevent dry eyes as the lenses only seem to stay moist for maximum of 4 hours

Good for the price

Got them really fast! Contacts are good but one of them made my eye sting! No reflection of contact lens seller but Johnson and Johnson need to make the solutions better for sensitive eyes

Great service , Not great product

I have used this company for along time and their customer service is excellent , extremely fast service when ordering and great value. Unfortunately I have had some terrible experiences with lenses that have arrived and split in my eye during the day . some are even torn before I take them out of the blister pack . I still continue to use this site as the price is great but just wished the product would match the great customer service :(

it is getting expensive

Great service, shame about huge price increases since starting to use service

Having found the site I have remained loyal since 2010 and only ever purchased lenses on this site. The service is reliable and the order is always prompt and correct. However the price of lenses has risen considerably over the years almost 50% difference. I just feel loyalty should be rewarded, not taken advantage of..

Over the last few years we have had to considerable raise the price on all the Johnson & Johnson lenses and this was due to massive price rises to us from the manufacturer. We try as much as possible to absorb these costs, but sometimes we are unable to and the difficult decision is made to pass the extra costs onto our customers. The Johnson and Johnson lenses are one of the most expensive brands of lenses and currently we are just not able to offer them at a better price. Never lie about delivery times again !!!

This order was late I needed them for Wednesday and they didn't come til Thursday. Wrecked a lot of a plans to be honest not happy. You're normally really punctual not sure what happened this time like !

Excellent delivery time but doubting lens quality

I have ordered freshlook colourblends (monthly coloured lenses) for a while now and a few of those times I have found that within the first week, one side of my lenses have torn. Recently at the start of this month I ordered a pair and found one eye was torn as I went to put it on within the first week. Having to order another pair now to replace it. The only reason why I haven't switched over to another company is the price. Although I might find a better quality or longer lasting wear if I purchased something else I don't want to spend more since I don't wear them the full month (30 days). I would have liked to see a wider power range on the daily coloured lenses, sadly there isn't hence me having to buy the monthlies. In general the lenses are decent and colour range is ok. Some colours look fake on me but I like the range of colours.

lenses not good but a quick delivery

I loved the quick delivery! But wasn't pleased with the lenses they were really bad quality made my eyes really dry after wearing them for 3 hours. ..

Very good but normally better.

Lenses normally in stock but this time not. Delivery date given that then slipped so had to order an alternative while waiting. Not the end of the world but just not as slick as normal.

good for the price

They are at a good price..fast delivery....good range of products. Only complaint is they are hard to clean and sometimes dont last a month (coloured monthlys).

First class customer service but disappointed with length of wait for delivery

Have ordered regularly for years had one faulty batch which i was delighted were replaced for free which I received the folowibg day after sebdibg email. Sadly prices have recently gone up quite a bit. I did love the 1st class delivery which usually arrived the next day however last order took well over a week will perhaps need to find another supplier.

forgiven this once

having used the site for a number of years and generally happy with the service, i will put this down to being a one off. I had reordered my contacts and was down to my last day's pair, and had not been contacted that they were on back order. I called and spoke to a very helpful person who split my order and sent the set they did have immediately and then followed up when the other set were available. It was unfortunate that I had not been made aware that they were on back order and only when I called did I find out. but seeing as I am usually so happy with the service, once in many years a little slip is allowed.

EDITED. Great service and very quick delivery!

EDIT: Please sort out your packaging!!!!! I received a massive box for a very small order. It's very unnecessary. I have been ordering my contact lenses from contactlenses.co.uk since a few years and never had any trouble! It literally takes couple of days for the parcels to arrive (every time!). Highly recommended!

good delivery, disappointed by fragility.

The delivery time for my lenses was exceptional 2 days and they were here.. I packed 2 lenses into my suitcase to come on holiday as I thought thats all I would need as there reusable. However, I got the first one out and put it in and my vision was great, I then removed the second lens from its packaging an unfortunately dropped it on the floor in my room.. as I picked it back up from the floor it disintegrated in my fingers and split into 3 pieces, I was severely disappointed by this as it now means I will have to endure the rest of my holiday with poor vision. The main reason for the purchase was to enjoy my holiday without my glasses, of which I didnt bring because I thought I would be all set with my contacts.. disappointed to say the least.

late delivery

My contact lenses have always arrived the day after I've ordered but this time they took a good few days. I did telephone and received friendly and helpful concern. I also emailed, as I was running out of lenses, but was told I needed to wait longer. They did turn up, after nearly a week alright in the end but I'm not sure what would have happended if they hadn't arrived.

Usually quite quick, but far too slow on this last order

Normally, you're quite quick with orders, but my last order was far too slow, and without communication of the delay. The communication is the important part, and that would have given you full marks had you let me know my order was going to be longer than usual to dispatch.

Good lenses at sensible prices. Comfortable too!

Only downside is the packaging is too big to fit through the letter (1 box) Specsavers manage it without problem and that is with 3 boxes!
