I spoke to Sophie via web chat. She explained that they were waiting for a delivery which was why my order was delayed. She said she would chase the delivery up and call or email me the following day. Got to confess, weren't expecting her to keep her word.
She emailed me the following day and confirmed my delivery date.
She then emailed me a few days later to confirm I had received my order.
She kept me updated through the whole process.

Whilst on holiday abroad, realised that I was running low on lenses; so, whilst sat at the side of the pool in 30c, I went online to Contactlenses and placed my order.
My contacts were delivered to my home address within 3 days (not bad for a postal service to a remote Scottish island) - and were waiting for me when I returned to the UK.

Great service. I don't wear contact lenses every day so I only buy occasionally, but every time I return to your site it's always quick and easy to re-order my usual lenses. However, you have started going overboard on the packaging. One of the features you say for my lenses - "Designed to be slimline and letterbox friendly - ideal for online ordering", yet this time they were packaged in an outer-box, closer to the size of a shoe-box with lots of packing paper (certainly not letterbox friendly).

Great product and customer service
Been using contactlenses.co.uk for well over a decade. Their Crystal Hydro lenses are great, the only downside is they sometimes go out of stock for months. I've had to try other more expensive lenses when I run out and have not found any that compete on price/quality. I've only ever had to contact their customer service team once and they were incredibly helpful.

Reliable and efficient
There have been a few occasions when the particular lens I wanted wasn't available. However, when there is good stock of my preferred lens, my order arrives within a few days. These lenses, though a little on the expensive side, are great and quite good value for money. They work properly without any blurring and are easy to put in and take out (just be careful, of course - and watch your nails (and fingers)).
